Startup iPhone developer Ton-O-Fun has launched their debut iPhone app called Crazy Balloons. It includes 4 games – one where Spike the Porcupine jumps to pop balloons floating across the screen, with extra points for popping combinations of colors. There is also an addictive Match 3 game where the player slides rows and columns of balloons to create patterns of 3, which then musically pop for points. Puzzle Match is a more challenging brain teaser which hearkens back to the Rubiks Cube, and the sliding tile puzzles of earlier years where the player needs to match patterns of colored balloons to solve a puzzle.
Ton-O-Fun was founded by Robert Ridihalgh and Alistair Hirst, who have been working in the game industry for over 20 years on blockbuster games such as Need for Speed, Halo 2 and Uno Rush. Both are big fans of the Apple iPhone, and started dabbling in development when it came out. One day, Roberts three-year-old daughter was delighted by a cartoon where a porcupine was jumping around and popping balloons, and so he decided to create a game for her that she would enjoy; something nonviolent, safe and educational. And so Spike the Porcupine was conceived, jumping up at the touch of a finger to pop balloons. He included a simplified kid mode that required one simple touch to get into the game and never requires adult help with menus or entering text.
Since his wife loves Match 3 games, and he had the balloon theme going, he then created a Match 3 game with a unique twist. Robert loves puzzle games like the Rubiks Cube, so he used the rows and columns of the Match 3 game to create a brain teasing puzzle game with the same balloon theme. Soothing music and musical sound effects that create an ever changing soundtrack were then added to the bright, simple and uncluttered graphics. All four mini-games were put together in an app that the whole family will enjoy. Learning how to play is quick, easy and intuitive, with a short tutorial for each game with on-screen help available at any time.
Crazy Balloons is available from Apples iTunes store, in the Apps category for $0.99. It runs on all versions of the iPhone, iTouch and the iPad. Videos of the game and more information can be found at the companys website http://www.ton-o-fun.com/.

The reason WHY you are having such a hard time finding that game is because it is "Out of Print". That means they are not making any new copies of that game anymore… so, the only way that be able to find one in a retail store somewhere is if you get lucky.
I found an old (that do much video game business) that still had a couple of copies of that game how I got my copy just recently). You probably will never see that game at a Best Buy, or Toys-R-Us, or Target because those places are very popular for selling video games (they do A LOT of video game business).
If you mind getting a USED copy of the game, you should be able to find a GameStop that carries it. Or, you can always get a copy off of E-Bay, or Amazon on the internet.
